Volunteers help to lay surface on new footpath

A huge thank you to all the volunteers from Devoran village who came along on Saturday to help with putting the surface on the new footpath in Devoran and preparing the verge for planting.

We are meeting again next Saturday, 20th August at the same time (from 9am) to finish off the path.

If anyone would like to help with planting, Sally will be there from around 10am on the next few Saturdays so just pop down there if you'd be willing to help with preparing the soil so that wild flower seeds can be planted in the Autumn.

Thanks again to everyone who came along to help, the kind lady who bought ice lollies for the volunteers on such a hot day and also the nice lady who gave a donation to Frankies to pay for lunch for the volunteers.
