Retallack Playing Field is closed for refurbishment works

Retallack Playing Field in Feock will be closed from Thursday 21st October 2021 for refurbishment

The old zip wire will be being replaced, as will the old toddler tower, a new balance beam will be installed together with a new cone spinner and toddler inset trampoline.

An outdoor gym area will be created at the bottom end of the park with 5 pieces of gym equipment as shown below.

A pathway will also be created around the outside of the field together with a green parking area at the entrance to the field to help alleviate parking problems on the road outside. A wild area will be created at the top of the park by the zip wire with tree planting and wild flowers.

The rest of the park layout will be remaining as it currently is with no changes to the football area or other play equipment (with the exception of refurbishing the basket ball hoop and installing a tarmac square below this).
